He is survived by: his mother Virginia Mulkey (Roberta Mulkey); his wife Roberta Baker; his children, Brian Boles (Carla), Tammy Young (Mike) and Josh Mulkey (Shari); his grandchildren, Dakota, Dylan, Rebecca, Ashley, Hannah, Caleb and Trinity; his great grandchild Barrett; and his brothers, James Mulkey (Bev) and Jon Mulkey (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
