We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2020, at the age of 77, Joe Cook (Excelsior Springs, Missouri), born in Winchester, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Cook to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Barton B. Cook and Daisy Cook (Walters); and his brother James Cook. He is survived by: his pet Bailey; and his friends, Mike Yates of Joplin, Mike Konrad of Tampa Bay, Shelly Frazier and Dean Strehle of Liberty. He is also survived by two nieces and several aunts and uncles.
Joe deeply appreciated the care he received from his hospice workers and the support of his friends Mike Yates of Joplin, Mo. (his college roommate), fellow journalist Mike Konrad of Tampa Bay, Fl. (who recently died of the coronavirus), Shelly Frazier (nurse at St. Luke's Hospital in Liberty) and Dean Strehle of Liberty.
