He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leslie and Elizabeth Claudine Daniel, Sr. (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Carol "Susan" Love of Richmond; his children, Nathan Daniel, Tanya Fleming (Jason) of Platte City, Anita Peek (Jim) and Sandra Howard (John); his sisters, Janet Shackelford of St. Joseph and Linda Bentley of Stanberry; and his grandchildren, Addison, Ryder Fleming, Kyann Peek, Crystal Robinson and Kyle Howard.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
