She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter A. Kupfer and Berniece Duvall Chapman Kupfer; her husband James David Wormsley; and her daughter Janet Sue Wormsley Eide. She is survived by: her children, Jaleen Wormsley Lemen (Darryl Wayne Lemen) and Jason David Wormsley; her grandchildren, Chloe Elise Wormsley, Alyson Marie Nowell, Nicole Andrea Nowell, Eric James Eide, Sarah Jeanne Eide Joseph, Stephanie Sue Eide Tramel and Edward Scott Eide; and her great grandchildren, Brian, Levi, Benjamin, Emmett Joseph, Kristy, Sean Eide, Ezry, Ellis Eide, Janette Sawyer and Eli Tramel.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the church.
