He is survived by: his parents, Sonja Manley and Sherman Manley; his wife Donna Manley; his siblings, Kent Manley and Kathy Peebles; his mother-in-law Inez Morse; his brother Kurt Manley; his sister-in-law Lynette Manley; his children, Brittany and Trever Manley; his daughter-in-law Kamren Manley; and his grandsons, Bradley Dean Manley and Lincoln Eugene Manley. He is also survived by many friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, and other family members.
