She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pfaff and Ora Pfaff (Stiles); her husband Glenn; and her children, Lawrence Paul Lewellen, Thomas Glenn Lewellen, David Lee Lewellen and Marian Renee Lewellen.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Lewellen of Excelsior Springs, MO, Richard Lewellen (Winette) of Lake Ozark, MO and James Lewellen (Melody) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Brandy, Wendy, Crystal, Johnathan and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Bailey, Katy, Samantha and Isabella. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
