It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy C. Briggs of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, who passed away on August 26, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Tollenaar Briggs; his daughters, Karen (LaVerne Seifert) and Suzie (Ray Castor); his granddaughter Melissa Linard (Nicolas) of Liberty; his great grandchild Sylvia Linard; and his nephews, Mike Sparks of Kirksville and Rick Sparks of Kirksville.
