He is survived by: his spouse Dian Hill; and his grandchildren, Autumn Stolz, Evan Stolz (Stephen), Brent Jamison (Katelyn), Jason Jamison, Jesse Jamison (Barbara), Cherryh Cansler (Ryan), Christen Everett (Victor) and Ethan Stolz (Douglas). He is also survived by his parents and his wife.

Family suggests donations to Alzheimer's research in lieu of flowers.
