She is survived by: her spouse Donald Ray McGhee; her son Brett Doolittle; her father Gary Doolittle; her husband Don McGhee; her mother Maxine Lukinhe of Everton, MO; and her siblings, Troy Doolittle, Gary Doolittle, Kevin Doolittle and Wendy Alvis.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Boy Scouts of America in Phyllis' s name.
