With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Eugene Knappenberger of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on June 27, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Harry Ray Knappenberger; and his grandparents, Raymond and Nina Knappenberger. He is survived by: his mother Irene Elizabeth Knappenberger (Schildknect) of Lawson, MO; his stepson Stephen Ray; his wife Lisa Knappenberger; his children, Nerissa Stawicki (Ron) of Liberty, MO, Candace Bleyenberg (Shane) of Kansas City, MO and Stephen Knappenberger (Erica) of Lawson, MO; his stepdaughter Kristie Pennington of Yorktrown, VA; and his brother Randy (Linda) of Lawson, MO. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews.
