It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rheba Suzzanne Bailey Dobbins Smith (Excelsior Springs, Missouri), who passed away on May 19, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Edward Bailey and Vesta Laura Alexander Bailey; her brothers, Robert Ivan Bailey and Clell Edward Bailey, Jr.; and her half-brothers, Edward Almon Trask and Gene McFarland Trask.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford M. Smith; her daughters, Susan Dobbins Brady (Bernard A.) and Rebecca Janan Wilder (Tex); and her stepson Clifford Anthony Smith (Lisa). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and many friends and relatives.
