He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Martin Neal and Elsie May Neal (Cureton); his former wife Betty Marie Rogers; his spouse Fay Juanita Sullard; and his son Roger Keith Neal.
He is survived by: his children, Robert A. Neal (Sheila), Rhonda Drew, Robecca King (Craig) and Robin Gatlin (Dexter). He is also survived by six granddaughters, ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Flack Memorial Church.
