She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Onge and Marie St. Onge; her siblings, Clova, Colette and Diane; and her children, Melanie Eiberger (Tom), Laurie Geier, Debra Heine (Richard) and John McConnell (Joanne). She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for Rochelle will be held at St. Matthew the Apostle Church in Kansas City, Missouri, at a later date after the Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.
