He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo E. Lipscomb and Edna Lipscomb; and his sons, Paul and Theo Lipscomb. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Suzanne Schnell, Charles Lipscomb (Shelly) and Joseph Lipscomb; his sister Sharon Rojas (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Sarah Wall (Sean), Amy Gent, Natalie Lipscomb and Alaina Lipscomb.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions to Disabled American Veterans on his behalf to honor his service to our country.
