He was predeceased by: his father Herbert R. Fish; his stepfather Gordon H. Hanneman; and his brother David Hanneman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Turner Leatherman of Excelsior Springs; his mother Mary Hanneman (Long) of Belton; his children, Justin Thomas, Jaret Thomas Fish, Adair and Ariadne Richardson; his siblings, Michael Hanneman (Shirley) of Raymore and Karen Soulis (Tim) of Harrisonville; his stepsons, Michael Leatherman (Acacia) of Kansas City and Mark Leatherman (Misty) of Kansas City; and his grandchildren, Bo Tanner Leatherman and Allison Marie Leatherman. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Parkinson's Association.
