We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2021, at the age of 92, Wallace Reid Sims (Excelsior Springs, Missouri), born in Highlandville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loral Sims and Mildred Blevins; his stepfather Howard Blevins; his former wife Glenna Lee Sims; his son-in-law Vince Thompson; and his grandsons, Riley Thompson and Michael Etheridge.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sisters, Barbara Pryor (Roger) and Judy Ware; and his children, Reid (Jocie Sims), Jean Ann Thompson, Wes (Brenda Sims), Dianna (Ralph Morris), Kim (Calvin Pipkin) and Rodney Larrimore. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
The family suggest memorial contributions to Excelsior Springs Hospice.
