He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hasty Pratt (Brunk); his children, Cynthia Dement (Dennis), Paula Waltman (Mike), David Hasty (Kathy) and Marilyn Hasty (Pat); his grandchildren, Greg Dement (Crystal), Mike Dement (Sarah), Jake Hasty (Gabrielle), Miranda Hasty and Austin Hasty; and his great grandchildren, Megan Dement and Tristan Stotler.
