She is survived by : her husband Lindell; her children, Michael, Martin Clubb (Stephanie) and Rebecca Clubb; her grandchildren, Tiffany Hafner (Keith), Andrew Iahn, Hunter Clubb, Tyler Quinton and Mason Holdman; her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Koven and Malina; her siblings, Ruth Jones, Judy Warren, Mildred Stotler and Gary Reed; her caregiver Christina Williams; and her children, Walker and Willow. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
