He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Sisk and Vivian Jenkins Sisk; and his sister Janet Newcomb. He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Johnston (Billy) of Farmington, MO, Annetta Warren (Terry) of Farmington, MO, Vicky Stricklin (Joe) of Bismarck, MO, Cathy Riggins, Jimmy Sisk (Lisa) of Park Hills, MO and Jeff Sisk (Wendy) of Bismark, MO; and his brother-in-law Mickey Newcomb of Desloge, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
