She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Duggins and Louise Duggins; her spouse Jimmie Duane Dortch; and her siblings, Rodney, Buck, Monk, Earline and Lois.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Dortch (Cathy) of Fisk and Greg Dortch (Kathy) of Fisk; her grandchildren, Justin, Rachel, Jonathan, Danielle and Kami; her great grandchildren, Connor, Jaden, Zaxtyn, Liam, Beau and Ridglee; and her caregiver Tara Jenkins.
