She is survived by: her husband Richard Lewis; her daughters, Kiley Nicole Lewis (Anthony) and Natasha Ann Sentell (Zach); her grandchildren, Landon Bates (Summer), Zachary Hargraves, Colton Hargraves and Adalyn Sentell; her great grandchild Owen Bates; and her siblings, Jerry Lynn Harwell, Brian Harwell, Michelle Walker and Angela Gunter.
