She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Mae and Hattie Mae. She is survived by : her husband Harry Skaggs; her children, Debby Shaw, Jane Davis and Leo Skaggs (Joan); her grandchildren, Joe Birkemeier, Nathan Hucker (Cassie), Ryan Shaw, Sarah Skaggs, Erik Skaggs and Brent Davis; her great grandchildren, Joey, Kelly, Jackson, Colton, Ashlynn, Michael and Easton; and her siblings, Ruby, Betty, Raymond, Jim and Leman.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 19th 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home (11101 St Charles Rock Rd, St Ann, MO 63074). A prayer was held on Wednesday, January 20th 2021 at 12:15 PM at the Mullen Funeral Home (11101 St Charles Rock Rd, St Ann, MO 63074). A committal service was held on Wednesday, January 20th 2021 at 1:15 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).

Memorial Donations are suggested to Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude's Childrens' Hospital Research Center.
