He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sr. Haefner and Norma Haefner. He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his sisters, Thelma and Shirley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hutchens Mortuary (675 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens (2000 Pennsylvania Ave, St. Louis, MO 63133).
