It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Lee Carter (Florissant, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Benning and Elizabeth Benning; her husband Frank Carter; and her brother John Benning. She is survived by : her siblings-in-law, Don Carter and Charlotte Benning.
