It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jenny C. Schaeffer of Forest City, Missouri, who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her siblings, Aaron Baublit II and Phyllis East; and her brothers-in-law, Harold and Robert Schaeffer. She is survived by : her husband Donald Schaeffer; her children, Byron Schaeffer (Kathryn) of Apex and Marcella Mae Schaeffer of Forest City; her sisters, Diane Baublit of St. Joseph and LaVita Wilson of St. Joseph; her brother-in-law Ralph Schaeffer of St. Joseph; and her grandchildren, Connor, Ethan and Ashlynn Schaeffer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
