He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin E. "Jim" and Velma M. "Susie" Diggs (Raugh); and his brothers, Jimmie and Leland Diggs. He is survived by: his wife Diana K. Sipes; his children, Marissa Diggs of Amazonia, Missouri, Dennis D. "Ike" Carroll (Christine) of Ashland, DeWayne and Chris Carroll; his daughters-in-law, Anita Carroll of Albany and Rachel Carroll of New Point, Missouri; his sisters, Kay Jordan (Bill) of St. Joseph and JoAnn Morgan (James) of Fernwood, Mississippi; his sister-in-law Felicia Diggs of St. Joseph; his grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Trin Carroll, Ashley, Nick, Noah Carroll, Tristan, Braxton and Seth Carroll; and his great grandchild Lyleigh Carroll.
