He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Short and Nelle Short (Southall); his cousin Beth; and his sister Beth McDermott. He is survived by: his sister Lee; his wife Tamara Gamboni-Short of Foristell, MO; his daughter Tracey Short of Riverside, CA; his stepsons, Adam Gamboni of Chaska, MN and Jacob Gamboni of Foristell, MO; his grandchildren, Lucy and Mason; his sister Robin Jane (John); and his cousin Lee Boisseau.
