He was predeceased by : his parents, William Raines and Ella Mae Bishop Raines; his wife Patsy Darlene Ivy; his siblings, Nelson Raines, Cleva Snow, Emma Cleek and Betty Jo Davis; and his grandson Tyler Simmons.
He is survived by : his children, Shannon Raines of Franklin, Blake Raines of Franklin, Jennifer Wilhite (Troy) of Harrisburg, Tammy Garrett of Franklin and Lisa Clay; his brother David Raines of Franklin; his grandchildren, Scotty Garrett, Samantha Goode, Alexis Raines, Shelby Simmons, Kaylee Wilhite and Briella Raines; and his great grandchildren, Kolten Garrett, Nyomi Garrett and Avah Goode.
