She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Alvin and Mildred Bernice Hovis Sr.; her siblings, Mary Clayton, Carl Hovis Jr., John Hovis and Dale Hovis; her son Roy Stevens; and her grandsons, Joey Stevens and Dustin Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Rocky Stevens (Penny), Terry Stevens (Jean), Jeff Stevens, Cathy Stevens, Cindy Thompson (Marty) and Cheryl Reed (Thad); her siblings, Larry Hovis, Rob Hovis (Frances), Glenda Chatman, Lois Johnson (Dennis), Gail Nicholson and Martha Hovis; and her sister-in-law Sandy Hovis. She is also survived by grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
