He is survived by: his wife Ruby Faye Menley; his children, Amanda Mayhew (Bill) of Fredericktown, Andrea Sorenson (Kevin) of Moscow Mills, Eddie Spain II of Fredericktown, Bill Bradshaw of Bloomfield and Jackie Barnes of Van Buren, Missouri; and his brother John D. Kennedy (Sheri) of Fredericktown. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
