He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorum Kelly and Gladys Kelly (Stipp); and his sister Colleen Garrison. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn; his sons, Stephen Kelly (Christie) of Neosho and Kevin Kelly (Shanna) of Camdenton, Missouri; his grandchildren, Dylan Kelly, Dallas Kelly of Camdenton, Ryan Kelly (Allie) of Joplin and Megan Myers (Clint) of Diamond; his great grandchild Hudson Myers; and his sister Carolyn Throm of Aurora, Colorado..
He served on the Neosho R-5 school board, Crowder College Foundation, Neosho R-5 Charitable Foundation Board, Church Growth International Board, Food Basket Brigade, meals on wheels and the men's pre-Christmas Laymen's League.
