It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Douglas in Freeman, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Anna Ferguson (Simpson). He is survived by : his children, Tonya Douglas of Joplin and Michael P. Douglas of Joplin; his grandchildren, Maria Vaughn of Joplin, Samantha Vaughn of Joplin, Sydney Vaughn of Joplin and Hailey Walker of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his father Lonnie Ferguson of Joplin; and his siblings, Teresa Wilson of Sarcoxie, Charles J. Atkins of Galena, Ricky Atkins of Pittsburg and Gary Douglas of Joplin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and many friends.
