He is survived by : his mother Velma Sparlin (Davis); his former life partner Eva Waisner; his children, Nicole Blass (Josh), Chuck Sparlin (Tammy) and Chris Sparlin; and his siblings, Marilyn Tandy (Bill), Pat Brown (Gary), Janice Williams (Kent), Burley Sparlin (Patti) and Denver Sparlin (Cheryl). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
