He is survived by : his wife Tammy M. Hand; his children, Melessa West (John), Lamar and Johnathan Baker (Kamey); and his siblings, Gary Wehmeyer (Saundra), Linda Wooten (Terry) and Eva Fritts (Harold). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
