He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Mary Kamper (Holtgrewe) and Arthur Kamper; and his brother Victor Kamper. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kamper; his siblings, Donald Kamper (Gloria) of Gerald and Laverne Lunsford (Corb "Cotton") of Gerald; and his sister-in-law Jung Bok of Pacific. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
