It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Richard Sommers (Gerald, Missouri), who passed away on December 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane P. Sommers and Dorothy I. Sommers (Hagedorn). He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Eloise Ferguson (Jim) of Osawatomie, Kan. and Phillip Sommers (Lavinda) of Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Owensville School District or USO of Missouri.
