He is survived by: his son Jessie Randolph Lewis of Texas; and his siblings, Richard Lewis (Eddy) of Gideon, Denver (Brenda), Marilyn Elwood of Oklahoma and Carolyn Muns (Richard) of Clarkton. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
