He is survived by: his mother Reba Hartwell Parker of Malden; his wife Cynthia Diane Kennedy; his daughters, Brittany Ivy (Brandon) of Gideon and Rebecca Parker of Gideon; his siblings, Steve Parker, Sharon Parker, Rhonda Stover and Angie Miller; and his grandsons, Aiden and Jax Ivy.
