He is survived by: his wife Owetta Lewis; his children, John Lewis (Mandy) of Gideon, Lee Loughary (Anna) of Dexter, MO, Brian Neeley (Linette) of Portageville, MO and Christina Lawrence (Mitchell) of Malden, MO; and his siblings, Carolyn Muns (Rick) of Clarkton, MO and Denver Lewis (Brenda) of Ashflat, AR. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
