He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Lee and Alice Fay Ratliff (Long); his siblings, Dale, Jim Ratliff, Vivian McAtee, Maggie Waterbury, Aville Robertson and Delores Pierson; his great grandchild Cody Ratliff; and his sons-in-law, Brian Burke and Kevin Sutton.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Marshall; his children, Ronnie Ratliff (Iva) of Gilman City, MO, Connie Ward (Bob) of Gilman City, MO, Cathie Sutton of Bethany, MO, Rick Ratliff (Beth) of Bethany, MO and Cheri Foster (Bryan) of Bethany, MO; his sisters, Winifred Burrows of Gallatin, MO and Carolyn Griffin (Virgil); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Ratliff of Cameron, MO and Lynda Ratliff. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
