She is survived by: her husband John Herman Milligan; her sister Marilyn Matthews (Dan) of Smithville, MO; her sister-in-law Jean Babcock of Independence, MO; her sibling's children, Cammie Garofolo (John) of Superior, CO and Wyatt Milligan (Stacey) of Kearney, MO; her grandchildren, Kyra Steins (Craig), Brennen Muller, Jacob Milligan, Paige Muller and Audrie Milligan; and her great grandchild Lillyanne David. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
