She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Leicester and Florence Elsie Barker (McNair); her grandparent Yucaipa; her siblings, Clarence, Dorothy and LaVina Barker; and her husband William 'Bill' McGinnis.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannette Jones (George), Mike McGinnis, Tim McGinnis (Sarah), Rod McGinnis, Russell McGinnis (LaTisha) and Mark McGinnis. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
