He was predeceased by: his stepsiblings, Patrick Menninger and Gloria Thelan. He is survived by: his siblings, Faribee Gregory, Rosalind Miller (Bob Welsh), Denise Clevenger and Robert Menninger (Ashley); his siblings' children, Randi, Renee, Anna, Alyssa, Scott, John, Ray Jr and Robbie; Rascal.
