He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Booth and Icy M. Booth (Clift). He is survived by: his daughters, Alane Booth of Kansas City, MO and Alisa Booth-Gillman; his brothers, Jack Booth (Shirley) of Granite Bay, CA and Danny Booth (Mary); and his grandchildren, Reghan and Sterling Gillman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
