He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Mulford and Milda Mulford; and his sister Sheryl Mulford. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Frailey; his daughters, Willetta Kerley (Jon), Beverly Thorpe (Dave) and Pamela Lomonte (Nick); and his brothers, Keith and James Mulford (Debbie). He is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.
