She was predeceased by: her son Michael McCormack; and her siblings, Alice Rynearson, Florence Mineau, James, Francis, John, George and Robert.

She is survived by: her spouse John McCormack (Jack); her daughter Susan; her grandchildren, Isabella, Christa, Shawn and Kara; and her sisters, Betty Collins and Arlene Cavanaugh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
