He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Sheryl and Scott; his daughter-in-law Molly; his grandchildren, Shelby, Dakota, Kilee, Clayton and Ava; and his great grandchild Braxton.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial gifts to NorthCare Hospice House at 2800 Clay Edwards Drive.
