She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Wakefield and Mary Evalyn Kentner (Hastings); her daughter Sheryl Ann Peterson; her stepmother Pearl Kentner (Ohler); and her sibling Phyllis McGuire.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Tierney; her children, James E. Tierney, Jr. of Kearney, MO and Loretta M. Bayless-Temple (Richard); her son-in-law Del Peterson of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Joseph Tierney (Amanda), Brionna Tierney, Joanie Lipscomb (Brandon), James Peterson, Nigel Bayless, Ian Bayless (Deena Qualls) and Richard Temple (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Peter, Timothy, Crieghton Tierney of Kearney, MO, Ethan Tierney, Campbell Tierney of Springfield, MO, Emma Peterson, Brooklyn Peterson of Gladstone, MO, Tierney Lipscomb of Kansas City, MO, Hadley, Ella and Rikki Temple of Lakeland, GA; her siblings, Mary Lollar, Erma McGuire, Martha Maxwell and Gary Kentner; Cade. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions are suggested to NorthCare Hospice House or Pearl Ohler Kentner Educational Scholarship.
