She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur and Ida; her husband Roy; her sisters, Ethel "Eppie" Coffman and Thelma Barnes; and her grandson Allen Jenkins.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Jenkins (Karla), Arthur "Nick" Jenkins (Carol), Kenneth Jenkins (Carole Jo), Gary Jenkins (Sheila) and Christina Smith (Richard); and her sister Ellaine Chaney (Archie). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
