She was predeceased by: her parents, Durell Morgan and Opal Morgan; her husband Eldon Williams; her son Larry Williams; and her sister Donna Fuller.
She is survived by: her sons, Arlie (Shannon) and Bruce (Colleen); her siblings, Joann (Podie Meeks), Bess Meeh, Geraldine Duncan, Glenda (Donny Shadwick), Barbara McCollom, Budd Morgan, Lana Klein and Cliff (Shelly Morgan); her siblings-in-law, Caroline (Gerald Ritter) and J. E. Williams (Marilyn); her grandchildren, Chris, Parker, Billy, Heather, Kelly, Keifer, Matthew, Ariel and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Genaesia, Amina, Odin, Sophia and Nova. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Phyllis loved children, so the family suggests in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to your favorite children's charity.
